Please Read Entire Description. This is an amazing rare decorative piece or nice one to add to a collection. On the neck it looks to have a scratch, but it is made in the glass. It does show in one of the pictures. 16 7/8″ tall with stopper and 14 1/2″ tall without stopper X 1 1/8″ diameter opening X 3 1/4″ diameter base X 5 bulge and stopper approx. No chips or cracks.
