21 3/4 in tall with stopper. Base is 4in in diameter. Stopper is 7 3/4in long. Stopper is loose fitting. Stopper and bottle are different hues of blue. Stopper has manufacturing imperfections/inclusions in glass. Some minor scuffing on bottom of bottle from rubbing. Manufacturing bubbles and seam lines noted.
