This is a vintage blue glass decanter made in Italy. This decanter looks in great shape, I didn’t notice any cracks or chips, it measures roughly 22 1/2″ tall with the stopper in and 15 1/2″ without the stopper. The stopper has a hobnail finish, the main bottle is smooth and lightly embossed with little bumps.
