It is attributed to Rossini Empoli and was made in Italy. Very decorative piece and lovely to add to a genie bottle or other Empoli glass collection. Total height: about 14 inch / 36 cm. No chips, cracks or restores, see photos for details. The plastic thread on the stopper is original and in good order. Flower in the first photo is not included.
