Here is a wonderful vintage decanter and flame stopper from the American Glass company Blenko; located in West Virginia. This vivid blue decanter stands about 9.25″ tall without the flame stopper, and about 13″ tall with it. This is form #37, which features a bulbous base that’s about 5.5 wide; and has a ruffled opening. It also comes with the beautiful flame/ teardrop shaped matching stopper. This piece is in excellent condition with a pristine label. I bought this decanter and some other pieces from the estate of an avid glass collector who enjoyed visiting American glass factories over her years. Her family was left with lot of nice glass, and it was all very well taken care of.
