Vintage Waterford Irish Crystal Decanter with Stopper. Since 1783, Waterford has produced the world’s most celebrated Irish lead crystal, known for its beauty, clarity, and quality. A fine example of Waterford’s mastery is today’s sale, an exquisitely cut vintage Waterford Crystal footed decanter with stopper. Handcrafted in Ireland, the decanter features cross cuts on the body and fluted cuts on the top of the stopper. It measures approximately 13.5 tall with the stopper, (11 without) and 4 at widest point across the body; with a 3.25 diameter base. Stopper is 4 long and 2.5 width & diameter. The decanter has the Gothic Waterford mark on the base. It is an absolutely gorgeous multi-functional Waterford piece sure to make an impression in your fine home! Item was used and displayed by original owners in a high-end home for decades and is in very good estate condition. The decanter body has one tiny mark that is an air bubble (or a nick that I cannot feel with fingernail) on outside. The stopper top is perfect; there is just a tiny bit of light wear and one imperfection on part that goes in bottle.
