Unique blue vintage Italian Empoli (mid century) glass decanter. Also called “genie bottles” because of the shape and tall and unique bottle stoppers. It is in excellent vintage condition – no chips or cracks and stopper is intact. It does not have the original “Made in Italy” sticker but includes original matching decanter stopper. These colored decanters were glass-blown into many different molds of unique shapes and sizes and in a wide variety of colors. Perfect mid-century modern décor and a beautiful statement piece due to the impressive size and texture. Height (w/stopper) – 14. Height (w/o stopper) – 9 1/2. Base Diameter – 6. This is a hard one for me because I would love to keep it and add to my personal collection. Alas, it will only be on my mantle until it sells. Thank you for your interest.
