Large and Heavy Vintage Handblow Smoky & Blue Glass Wine Brandy Decanter by Halytskyi, 1970’s. Galitsky Bogdan Ivanovich was a Soviet Ukrainian glass and ceramic artist. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. He was born in 1939. He worked in the field of decorative and applied art at the Lviv ceramic-sculpture factory. Lives in the city of Lviv, Ukraine. He is the author of decorative compositions made of ceramics and blown glass, stained glass windows, decorative vases, chandeliers, tableware, and sets. He participated in regional, republican and international art exhibitions. Some of the master’s works are kept in The Museum of Ethnography and Art Crafts in Lviv and The National Art Museum of Ukraine in Kyiv. 2000 ml / 68 oz. Weight: 2,1 kg.
