No chips, cracks or blemishes. The tip of the stopper has a slight rough feel but not really sure if it is a chip or not, see photos. I’m not really sure where this was made or the year! I haven’t seen any this size. Stopper measures 13 Inches In height. Decanter with stopper on measures 32.5 In height. Decanter weighs 11lb 8.2oz.
