Stands Approx 14.5. Two blue layers with white layer in the middle. Has a matte like finish. Inside has not been cleaned. Some marks on the base of the stopper. Look like small scratches. Some rubberband residue on the plug of the stopper. Stopper sits a little loose. Can be remedied with a rubberband or other methods. Let me know if you have any questions.
