Vintage 1960s Bischoff Blue Decanter. Color is a deep turquoise blue, really pretty. Wayne Husted Design (Blenko designer but left Blenko to join Bischoff/Lancaster Glass in 1963). The heavily textured glass was created using Husted’s lost foam molding method. Snapped pontil mark on the bottom. These decanters more typically came with a twisted stopper. This particular bottle has always had the tear drop/ flame shaped one. Great condition, there are a few dark inclusions in the stopper, please refer to photos.
