This is a vintage bubble art glass bottle (decanter) with a genie type stopper. There is no cork or plastic at the neck of the stopper – it seems to be a common thing with these bottles – I’ve seen people add scotch tape to secure the stopper more securely. I will leave that to the new owner’s discretion. There is a straw mark on the neck of the stopper (see up close photo – the lines are smooth – this is not a crack – it’s part of the glass-making process and quite normal). It is located in the neck of the stopper where it is inserted into the bottle so it’s not visible at all. This is the only straw mark I found. It has a bubbled texture and the color is blue I feel it is more of a peacock blue (not peacock green) rather than a true blue. It’s very pretty. Please view all of the other photos. There is no mark on the bottle however research indicates this is Italian in origin, likely Empoli. The bottle is 15.5 inches tall without the stopper and 22 inches tall with the stopper.
