MONUMENTAL BEAUTIFUL INTERIOR DECOR PIECE OF SUBSTANTIAL STRIKING VINTAGE 1960s MURANO URANIUM GLASS: Murano Cenedese Antonio Da Ros designed uranium glass cased sommerso bottle decanter with dramatic steeple style stopper still carrying original vintage labels to the side and also to the base as pictured in the centre with the rest of my collection of similar Murano pieces (separately listed for sale not included in this listing). The label on the side is a well documented Murano label – the circular label on the base is much worn with just a fragment of foil remaining. It has a bright red core encased sommerso style in a halo of vivid yellow coloured uranium glass which reacts to UV black light all over encased in clear glossy glass. Massive dimensions: height 19 inches 48 cm & about 5 inches diameter at widest point across & very very heavy: weight (to follow) approximately. Super condition no chips cracks repairs-there are some movement marks/scratches to the base consistent with weight and vintage and the odd scratch on the surface but nothing to detract from gorgeous display this makes. Fantastic display -great stylish dramatic piece for a collector-looks amazing with the other pieces grouped together. I also have listed masses of my huge vintage glass collection (and some antique glass of my mothers) due to planned building works.
