Striking Art Deco decanter set crafted in deep ruby red Bohemian glass, dating to the interwar period (circa 1920s-1940s). The form is classic and architectural, with strong geometric lines characteristic of the Art Deco movement. The rich transparent ruby tone is exceptionally vibrant and luminous – a rarely encountered shade for this model. The set includes. 1 decanter with original stopper. 5 matching faceted shot glasses. The glass is press-moulded and expertly cut and polished, creating elegant vertical facets that enhance the depth of color. Dimensions: Decanter height (with stopper): 24 cm Height without stopper: 17.5 cm Length: 14 cm Width (widest point): 5.4 cm Neck diameter: 5 cm Base: 5.3 × 10 cm. Glasses height: 5.5 cm Top diameter: 4 cm Base diameter: 3 cm. Condition: Very good vintage condition. Minor flea bites to some glass edges, light surface wear to the base, and a small surface scratch (see photos). All pieces remain bright and display beautifully. No cracks or repairs. Vintage Bohemian Ruby Red Spirit Service Set with Six Matching Glasses. Gold Gilt & Raised Enamel Floral Decoration. This elegant mid-century ruby red glass service set features a tall, slender bottle (approximately 9″ high without stopper) accompanied by six matching 2″ glasses. Richly decorated with 24K gold gilt scrollwork and dimensional raised enamel floral medallions, the set reflects classic Central European decorative glass traditions. The bottle’s graceful tapered silhouette is finished with a brilliant gold-toned flared neck. Each glass is gold-rimmed and adorned with matching floral cartouches, creating a cohesive and striking presentation. The 2 glasses are traditionally sized for vodka, cordial, or Eastern European spirits such as slivovitz, and may also be used for other small spirit tastings. Bottle height: approx. Six glasses: approx. Handblown glass with visible pontil wear on base. Ruby flash / stained overlay. 24K gold gilt decoration. Raised enamel floral appliqué. The set presents exceptionally well and appears unused or minimally used. No cracks or chips observed. Enamel flowers remain intact and dimensional. Very old Blenko decanter, likely from 1940s or 1950s. Very deep, almost opaque ruby color. No chips or cracks, but there are bubbles and inclusions, the outside of the bottle does have texture in places, but this appears to be from production versus a scuff or other damage.
