Id century vintage Orrefors Romeo & Juliet etched Scandinavian art glass decanter designed by Nils Landberg. Fully marked at the base. Age – Ca 1950. Size – 11 1/2 tall – about 32 ozs. Nils Landberg worked for Orrefors from 1927 – 1972. The crystal decanter measures 11 1/2″ high x 8″ wide. It was made in the 1950’s. Signed on the underside Orrefors with the glass studios numbering. Condition is very, very good. No chips, cracks or repairs. The ground stopper is in excellent condtion. Only under magnification was I able to see some minimal very fine light surface scratches on the underside that are hard to notice. Enlarge photos to see details. Thank you for your interest.

A vintage Orrefors decanter etched with the image of a female nude carrying a bow atop a rearing horse. Designed by Nils Landberg. The decanter measures approximately 6″ across by 2″ deep at the base and 9.5 tall with the stopper. There are surface scratches on the bottom. There are a couple other isolated scratches on the sides. There are some water marks on the interior. No other condition issues were observed. A full lead crystal decanter, probably for schnapps or similar, designed by Nils Landberg for Orrefors in 1942. It is immaculate, near mint, so presumably somewhat later. Signed on the base Orrefors, N 2692.111 , the N being for Nils Landberg. Size: 22cm to the top of the stopper, 12.5 x 6 cm; weight 1.2Kg. Condition: excellent vintage condition, immaculate, as is the stopper, but with scratches and wear to the base. Please view all the pictures as they complete the description. While I do my best to reproduce the true colours of the pieces, they will vary slightly from system to system, and in actual viewing they will vary under differing lighting. All white spots are purely light reflections from the camera flash. The item will first be wrapped bubble before packing securely in a solid box with lots of peanuts earthquake proof.
