Here is a wonderful pair of 200 yer old English/Irish cut glass decanters. Standing just under 10 1/2 to top of stopper. They are in great condition, some itty bitty tiny nibbles in just a few places and there may have been polishing on a few ribs, only a few. Labels on each stopper indicating these decanters came from Wm H Plummer & Co. New York, a dealer in fine antiques beginning early 20th C. These decanters are quite heavy lead glass as you’d expect, one weighing in at 3 pounds 10 ounces, the other at 4 pounds 6 ounces. The exterior size of each is almost identical, the difference in weight due to slightly more glass in one than the other.
