RARE – Vtg 1952/1957 Old Forester Straight Bourbon Whisky Holiday Decanter Sputnik Bottle Raymond Loewy MCM. This bottle has all the original stickers on it. This bottle is STUNNING TO SAY THE LEAST. Up for your consideration is this WONDERFUL & COOL LOOKING empty vintage Old Forester bourbon decanter glass bottle that was produced for the 1957 Christmas holiday season. This Decanter is kind of on the RARE side. This is one of the Old Forester bottles designed by Raymond Loewy in the 1950s. I think this is the coolest of all of the Old Forester bottles. Overall it is in AMAZING & SPECTACULAR cosmetic condition with no chips, cracks or breaks. There is some but EXTREMELY little at best surface paint discoloration on the plastic base. It appears that most if not ALL the labels are intact & in AMAZING condition on the bottle. It measures 14 1/2″ tall x 3 7/8″ diameter base. This would make a awesome addition to your bar cart, bourbon collection or just a cool display piece for your Mid-Century Modern decor. I package very well for a safe arrival.
