Some scratching on the bottom of the decanter consistent with age and use. Stopper fits loosely and is missing plastic casing around the bottom at the point of insertion on the stopper. The round scooped out glass is part of the manufacturing process to allow attachment of the plastic casing on the bottom edge of the stopper.
