This is a vintage mid century modern style tall thin blue glass decanter with a tapered glass stopper. It is possibly Viking or Smith. It has an unusual pattern — circles within squares — throughout. The base is 4 1/2 in diameter. The vase is 15 3/4″ tall; the stopper is 7 1/2″ long. Together they are 22 tall. There are no found chips or cracks.
